Jim
As a proud veteran of the United State Marines, Jim knows the importance of hard work and the American way. Jim began an apprenticeship in plumbing to pursue his passion for serving others in the workforce. After a successful apprenticeship, Jim saw an opportunity to provide a more affordable plumbing service. To realize his vision, he assembled a dedicated team of licensed plumbers that brings over 25 years of highly trained experience to provide the best plumbing services. From commercial and residential build-outs to ground-up constructions and residential custom builds, the entire JB team is willing and ready to put their shared passion of servicing others to work.
Randy
Randy is a seasoned plumbing professional with a wealth of experience and expertise. As the co-owner and estimator, with over 25 years in the industry, Randy brings a unique blend of skills, knowledge, and leadership to every project. He completed his union plumbing apprenticeship in 1997, laying the foundation for a successful career in the plumbing industry. During his apprenticeship, he acquired numerous certifications. Medical gas and OSHAA 30 hr are just a few of them. Randy’s work experience includes served as a plumbing foreman for various companies, contributing his expertise to a diverse range of projects, including:

Randy has worked on track housing, and commercial plumbing projects, showcasing his versatility. His vast plumbing knowledge extends to designing water and waste systems for both commercial and residential applications.
Beyond his professional achievements, Randy is dedicated to his community. He actively coaches men’s high school basketball and is a proud husband and father to two daughters.
